Join us as we Celebrate Spring with a Hanami Festival!

"Hanami" (flower-viewing) is an ancient Spring custom in the country of Japan. Each year as the cherry blossoms bloom, people hold outdoor parties or picnics with friends and family under the trees and enjoy the weather.

Bring the whole family for FREE crafts, games, food and music inspired by Japanese culture.

  • Investigate Japanese artifacts from the museum collection.
  • Enjoy a 'sidewalk sale' of Spring blooms!
  • Student artwork from Region 14 will be on view in the Stasney Center for Education.

All OJAC Family Festivals are FREE and open to the public.
