MAKE A GIFT
BEQUESTS
DONATIONS
It is simple to leave a bequest to the Old Jail Art Center. Just include the Old Jail Art Center in your will or designate the Old Jail Art Center as a beneficiary of your IRA or insurance policies. Call 325.762.2269 for a confidential discussion about your charitable intentions and/or specific needs at the Old Jail Art Center that you would like to support.
The following legal wording is suggested for use in a will:
"I give, devise and bequeath the following _______________________ (describe the assets which are the subject of the bequest; for example, a stated sum or the residue of the estate or a percentage of the residue of the estate) to the Old Jail Art Center in Albany, Texas, a Texas nonprofit corporation."
The Old Jail Art Center has received many gracious donations of art, time, talent, and funds over the years. Many donations have come in the form of bequests from estates. In fact, over 90% of the permanent art collection derive from donations and/or bequests. All gifts and contributions are greatly appreciated. Please consider supporting the OJAC this year with a donation.
