Internship Requirements
The selected intern(s) will assist the education department with material prep, sample development, program setup/breakdown, family festivals, and a sundry of other tasks that will require a positive and can-do work ethic.
This is a semester-to-semester position, where at the end of the Fall and Spring semesters, the intern and education staff discuss whether or not to continue the contract. Work is available during the summer months as well, and these hours are agreed upon with the education staff. Pay is $11/hour.
Requirements
The intern must be at least a junior in high school. She/he will be required to work a minimum of 5 hours per week. Occasional late nights and weekends will be required if there is no conflict with school or a school-related event.
Interns must be self-motivated and be able to complete tasks efficiently and effectively without supervision.
